BKNets914 battled through two very different seasons in its first two years as a member of “The League.” In the 2011-12 campaign, it was ravaged by injuries that really derailed any chance it had at making a run at the playoffs. Although it was in the hunt for much of the season, it fell short of a postseason berth. In 2012-13, BKNets914 was one of the top four teams from start to finish, making its first playoff appearance as the No. 4 seed. After a dominating 11-0 victory over Black Kemba in the quarterfinals, it just didn’t have enough to upset top-seeded Lopez Towers in the semifinals in a 6-5 defeat.

It was unable to build on the momentum of its first playoff berth heading into the 2013-14 season, suffering through an 11-weekly-matchup losing streak to start the season. It wasn't the worst season "The League" has ever seen, but it was easily BKNets914's worst season ever. The rollercoaster ride continued the following season with its best in its history, finishing in second place. Although its season ended in the semifinals it was certainly a step in the right direction, especially considering how its 2015-16 season ended. BKNets914 won over 130 games for the second straight season and defeated two past champions — including the defending champ Lopez Towers in the final — to win its first title in franchise history.

Like teams before it, BKNets914 wasn’t able to defend its title the following season, losing to DBuddaZ in the quarterfinals. It's followed that by missing the playoffs five times in the last eight years — it hasn't won a playoff game since its title-game victory — as the franchise continues to search for some form of year-over-year consistency. It did win its first regular-season title in 2023, but it was another one-and-done postseason following a semifinal defeat to eventual champion The Drakes.
