Soon 2 B Champ may have made up for five years of futility with one magical season in 2011. After posting the worst regular-season record in league history and never breaking through to the postseason, Soon 2 B Champ did it all in 2011. An 11-0 start set records for the longest in-season winning streak and the best start to a season in league history. That run continued in the playoffs as Soon 2 B Champ won the 2011 championship by 3.40 points over defending champion FORTYS.

The firsts for Soon 2 B Champ in 2011 included first winning season, first division title, first regular-season title, first scoring title, first playoff appearance, first playoff win, and first championship. Entering the 2012 season, questions surrounded Soon 2 B Champ. Was 2011 a fluke or was it the beginning of it establishing itself as a consistent contender in “The League?” Although it didn’t repeat as champion, it did make it to the playoffs for the second time despite a 5-8 record, advancing to the semifinals and falling to the eventual champion DBuddaZ. Soon 2 B Champ is one of just two five-win teams to ever qualify for the playoffs.

It had yet to return to the postseason since those back-to-back playoff berths before the 2015 season when Soon 2 B Champ took another step towards establishing itself as one of the best postseason teams in "The League." It got into the playoffs with just its second winning season in franchise history, and became the second team since realignment to win three playoff games on its way to its second championship. Its title defense fell short in the semifinals of the 2016 postseason, but its 7-2 record through its first nine playoffs games is tied for the best record through a franchise's first nine playoff games in league history.

Its 2024 season matched its dominance from 2011, posting double-digit wins for just the second time in franchise history, winning its second scoring, division, and regular-season titles, but it fell to rival FORTYS in the finals for its first championship game loss. It's won at least one game in every postseason it's qualified for and it owns the best postseason record in league history.
